Hi, I’m Gerard Brady



At the age of 20, I experienced the devastating loss of a close friend to suicide, which profoundly impacted me. Struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking, social anxiety, and stress, I sought various treatments like medication, counseling, CBT, and hypnotherapy. However, I realized that there must be an underlying cause behind these feelings; this wasn't my natural state. Later in life, as a father to a child with additional needs, I faced numerous traumatic experiences. Thankfully, the lessons I had learned over the years subconsciously guided me through those dark days with resilience and control.

Mental illness often leads to a loss of confidence, motivation, and self-esteem. Recognizing this, I understood that I had two choices: continue down the same path or wholeheartedly commit to change. Since my emotional well-being was of utmost importance, I decided to focus on attaining happiness and contentment. Reprogramming my mindset became the only viable option for true transformation. It took many years of trial and error to reach where I am today, and I have condensed the profound insights gained over two decades into a concise course designed for you.
